1:1 Coaching

Firm Foundation Program

$500/month for 3 months or pay in full for a $300 discount

  • 12 weekly 1:1 coaching session (approx. 60 minutes each)

  • Your personal program workbook, designed to assist you in each session

  • A Scripture & Affirmations reference to support you between sessions

  • Optional Voxer support add-on for real-time encouragement and accountability

Group Coaching

In Good Company Group Program

$300.00 one-time fee, per person

  • 6 weekly group coaching sessions (approx. 60 minutes each)

  • A healthy, supportive group environment that benefits all participants

  • A Scripture & Affirmations reference to support you between sessions

  • Group Voxer support included for real-time encouragement, community, and accountability

  • Groups will range from 3-8 participants

FAQs

  • While there are some areas of overlap, life coaching is more forward facing; designed to help you build a brighter future whereas counseling focuses more on your past, as well as diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in certain situations.

    At FTG Consulting, we will never attempt to diagnose a mental health condition and will immediately refer you to a license counselor/therapist in the event such action is warranted.

  • With our optional Voxer add on, Firm Foundation clients can receive messages from their coach between sessions.

    This add on allows for coach/client communication during regular office hours for an additional $150 per month.

    In Good Company participants will be automatically placed in a Voxer group upon enrollment where their coach will check in and ask questions to the group regularly.

  • Each session is held online via Google Meet during normal office hours.

    Each client will need to be sure you can access the links prior to your first session. Please reach out to support@ftgconsultingus.com if you run into any issues.

  • For our Firm Foundation program, we offer three monthly payments of $500 or a one-time payment of $1,200.

    You must either pay in full or submit your first month’s payment prior to scheduling your first session.

    Our In Good Company group program requires a one-time payment of $300 (must be paid 48 hours prior to the first session).
